Created as a summer cabin community in 1957, Summit Park has evolved into one of Park City’s most unique residential areas. Comprised of two distinct neighborhoods, Summit Park and adjoining Timberlakes, residents enjoy a relaxed alpine setting conveniently located 10 minutes from Park City and only 15 minutes to the Salt Lake Valley. 

At an elevation of 6800 feet and with a primarily northern exposure, Summit Park is definitely a winter wonderland. You may be surprised by a moose, deer or even the occasional bear to appear from the woods as your driving the winding roads cut into the steep topography on your way home from work, welcome home. Being one with the flora and fauna is a big draw for the area.
